Registration at the Site

• Registration will start one (1) hour before the chosen session.
• Activity will only start after the registration process.
• It roughly requires one hour for preparation, waiting period, etc.

Safety briefing 

• Safety briefing on site before proceeding to the starting point.
• The activity will be guided by our trained guides.

General Terms & Conditions

• All photos and videos taken during the activity may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Drivers must be between 16–77 years old and physically fit to operate the ATV.
• Passengers must be above > 7 years old
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the guides during the ATV activity.
• Participants must wear the provided safety gear, including helmets, at all times during the activity.
• Reckless, dangerous, or irresponsible driving is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must stay on the designated track and must not leave the trail without the guide’s permission.
• The operator reserves the right to claim repair costs from participants if any accident is caused by misconduct, reckless, or irresponsible driving.

⚠️ Pregnant individuals or those with serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate.

⚠️ Operator may cancel the activity if circumstances beyond its control make the activity performance impossible or dangerous, such as poor weather conditions and force majeure. We will provide for a reschedule to another date or customer has to find a replacement participant.

• Follow the guide and keep distance between ATVs
• Don’t over-accelerate on muddy slopes
• Use both brakes gently on downhill sections
• Keep feet on the footrest at all times
• Don’t litter
• Don’t use foul language
• Don’t bring valuables or electronics
• Don’t disturb wild animals
